Tampa Bay Buc’s
To be a Buc’s fan, for years, meant not that you not only had to put up with a losing team, but also with the frighteningly bold shade of orange that covered all Tampa Bay Buccaneers apparel. A Tampa Bay Buccaneers sweatshirt or a Tampa Bay Buccaneers hat might have served you well on a hunting trip, but it never made it onto the list of trendy football gear.
Well, finally, after years of the infamous orange outfits, they redesigned their entire uniform. The Tampa Bay Buccaneers jerseys now consist of a tasteful mix of black and red with some silver and gold trimming. The coaches wear Tampa Bay Buccaneers jackets with similar detail.
The addition of Raymond James Stadium has completed the transformation and now people can proudly wear their Tampa Bay Buccaneers t-shirts as they cheer their team on. The Buc’s have really thrived there since its opening.
In 2004, Tampa Bay made it to its first Superbowl and won. Of course, many will credit the change in coaching and recruiting for the success of them team, but you can’t help but imagine the change in design didn’t help out just a bit. If anything, it’s turned Tampa Bay Buccaneers merchandise into the seize-able booty it now is.
