Baltimore Ravens
The Baltimore Ravens came into being in 1996 after the then-owner of the Cleveland Browns, Art Modell, decided to open a new franchise in Baltimore. The team name is a reference to Edgar Allen Poe’s famous poem “The Raven”. The team colors are black and purple, and this fact is reflected in Baltimore Ravens apparel available for sale.
Currently, the Ravens play in the North Division of the National Football League (NFL). Baltimore Ravens merchandise can be purchased on the official NFL website as well as other authorized retailers. During the 2000 season, the Ravens went all the way and won Super Bowl XXXV against the NY Giants. This momentous occasion saw massive demand for Baltimore Ravens sweatshirts and other merchandise.
One of the most famous players for the Ravens is #26 Rod Woodson, who played in 1998-2001. His jersey is one of the best-selling Baltimore Ravens jerseys. Woodson played in the winning Super Bowl game and was inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame in 2009. That year, the Baltimore Ravens t-shirts with #26 were extra popular.
Fans of the Ravens can support their team with Baltimore Raven sweatshirts. The signature black and purple is also seen in the Baltimore Ravens jackets, offered as both thin blazers and thicker heavyweight jackets.
