Matt Kenseth
Number 17 driving in the NASCAR Sprint Cup Series is Matt Kenseth. He is the present defending champion of the Daytona 500. This is one of the reasons the Matt Kenseth hats and the Matt Kenseth jackets have become so popular in the racing circuit. The Wisconsin short tracks is where his career began. He put a number of wins under his belt.
Kenseth began in stock car racing at the age of 16 in his home state of Wisconsin. This led to bigger and better things. It also saw the beginning of Matt Kenseth apparel and Matt Kenseth merchandise. In 2003 Kenseth dominated the points standings and was the winner of the 2003 NASCAR Winston Cup Championship. This created even more interest in the Matt Kenseth memorabilia and the Matt Kenseth gear.
Kenseth married Katie Martin in 2000. Kenseth had a son from a previous relationship. He and his wife have a daughter. The couple also have four cats. Kenseth has opened a racing museum in Cambridge, Wisconsin, his hometown. Managed by his sister, Kelly Maruszewski, the museum holds cars, trophies, helmets, and other memorabilia from Kenseth’s amateur and professional career.
