Carl Edwards
Carl Edwards is preparing for the 2010 NASCAR Spring Cup Series. He will be driving for the Roush Fenway Racing team. Everyone can spot Edwards in his Aflac Ford Fusion, Number 99. The thirty year old hails from Columbia Missouri. In 2003 the racer was named the NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series Rookie of the Year. Two years later he was named the Rookie of the Year for the NASCAR Busch Series. In 2007 he extended this to the NASCAR Busch Series Champion.
Edwards is known as an easy going guy, until he gets behind his race car. As his reputation and population grows so does the Carl Edwards apparel and the Carl Edwards merchandise. Through the years a lot of Carl Edwards memorabilia has been added to the stock for Edwards’ fans.
Edwards big break happened in 2001. He competed in seven NASCAR Craftsman Truck Series events for MB Motorsports. In 2005 he became a full-time racer in the NEXTEL Cup and the Busch series. This increased sales of the Carl Edwards gear, the Carl Edwards jackets, as well as the Carl Edwards hats. His reputation continued to climb and his racing continued to soar. The 2010 season will most likely see Carl Edwards in the top 10 contenders.
